There is hiking right out the door. You can walk leisurely trails with awesome views of the surrounding mountains and river or you can challenge yourself and hike to the cave at the top of the rim. The nearby waterfalls are a must see. Just follow the river up stream about one mile and you are there.

ATV's are welcomed. There are hundreds of miles of trail to ride. You'll be able to ride through the Ponderosa Pine National Forest. Keep your eyes open for elk, they are everywhere.

The river changes with the seasons. If and when there is continuous rain (maybe twice a year-occurred in December) must be careful. It's always good to call ahead if you are unsure of weather conditions. The river is stocked with trout. Fishing and swimming right outside your door.
